Who We Are Seeking — Rector Profile

The Rector Profile describes the leader we are praying for—someone who is biblically grounded, pastorally compassionate, and spiritually mature. We seek a rector who can:

  • Lead us in worship using the 2019 Book of Common Prayer

  • Preach and teach Holy Scripture with theological depth

  • Raise up biblically literate disciples through formation and mentoring

  • Love and care for the people with humility and compassion

  • Equip lay leaders and empower gifts within the congregation

  • Embrace the beauty of Anglican tradition while remaining adaptable

  • Collaborate in worship planning and support music ministry

  • Engage in evangelism with clarity and joy

  • Lead for the long term—ideally for the next 10 years

Ideal candidates will hold an MDiv or MTh from an Anglican/Episcopal seminary or equivalent, and possess qualities such as being experienced, family-oriented, tech-savvy, humble, and evangelistic.
